Less intense than inpatient and partial hospitalization programs, our Philadelphia-area outpatient program is designed for:

  • Refining & maintaining daily recovery practices
  • Reflecting on personal & interpersonal changes
  • Reintegrating into the workplace
  • Developing healthy communication
  • Managing conflict
  • Avoiding triggers
  • Overcoming social stigmas

Features of Our Philadelphia Outpatient Rehab

Offering all levels of OP treatment and supervised sober living, the Providence Professionals Program (PPP) may include family counseling, mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitization and processing (EMDR), resiliency training, acupuncture, meditation and career counseling. The PPP outpatient program varies in length and includes weekly individual and group therapy sessions with a broad range of focuses:

  • Refining & maintaining daily recovery practices
  • Reflecting on personal & interpersonal changes
  • Reintegrating into the workplace
  • Developing healthy communication
  • Managing conflict
  • Avoiding triggers
  • Overcoming social stigmas
Benefits of Outpatient Treatment for Drug Dependency & Dual Diagnoses

Our outpatient rehab is customized to the needs of busy professionals and dual-diagnosis patients. It is common for executives and high-profile individuals to struggle with one or more co-occurring disorders during treatment, so Providence provides therapy and medication management with this in mind.

Additional benefits of the PPP outpatient program include:

  • Schedule flexibility. Clients live at home and continue working while attending routine meetings and building their recovery toolbox.
  • Home support. Clients benefit from a stable network of family and friends while they continue their rehab journey.
  • Privacy & confidentiality. Since men and women participate in a normal schedule during outpatient treatment, it is easier to be discreet about drug or alcohol rehab. And, of course, Providence professionals are committed to maintaining your privacy at every treatment phase.
  • Access to alternative modalities. Providence clients have access to a variety of complementary therapies, including acupuncture, spiritual guidance, EMDR, and more.
