Insurance Verification for Addiction Services

We at Providence Treatment believe you will receive the best quality of treatment in our professional setting. In order to make treatment affordable and accessible, we work with all major U.S. insurance companies. This includes Aetna, Blue Cross, and Cigna, as well as United HealthCare with their popular PPO coverage plan.

We understand the importance of thorough verification of your insurance coverage. Therefore, we offer pro bono, free of charge insurance verification and pre-authorization for our different levels of outpatient addiction treatment. We verify that all benefits are accurately quoted by your insurer. Our staff also retains proper documentation to ensure that your insurer is held accountable for the benefits that are provided. In addition, we verify benefits in real time, ensuring that you will have no delay receiving your treatment at our treatment center.

Partial Hospitalization Program Billing

Our partial hospitalization program, or day treatment, uses a multidimensional approach to substance abuse treatment. This program treats both the addictive disorder itself while also addressing the underlying cause and condition of the behaviors associated with the addiction.

The key to creating a multi-care level of treatment truly is YOU. Studies have shown that the bare minimum of effective treatment is 90 days. The best outcomes occur when you maintain treatment services beyond 12 months. This is why we do our best to make sure you have the necessary authorizations for our day program levels of care, as long as medically necessary and we ensure that you will receive the maximum days of billable services from your insurance.

Intensive Outpatient Program Billing

Our intensive outpatient program is typically a step down from a higher level of care. However, it still requires the same authorization from your insurer as higher levels of care. IOP treatment can be your primary level of care when you show signs you can adapt and function in everyday life without a highly structured environment. We will maximize days of authorization at our IOP treatment, once you have shown stable mood and affect, along with marked progress in our day treatment.

Offering Customized Help for Professionals

General Outpatient Treatment Billing

Our general outpatient program (GOP) is more often used as a step down level of care from our IOP level of care. Of course, making sure you maintain your treatment plan is vital in long-term sobriety. For this reason, we strive to work with your Philadelphia rehab insurance coverage to ensure you have the necessary days allowed to maintain your treatment. This is done through both live and submission reviews of medical records to ensure you meet medical necessity for our GOP treatment, in accordance with each insurance company independent criteria.
